What we collect

When you register, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (never the password itself). When you buy a mailbox, we store the mailbox address, the package you chose, and its status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe - we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use this data to provide and bill for the service: creating and managing your mailbox, processing subscription payments, communicating with you about your account, and responding to support or abuse requests.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments on our behalf and holds your billing details under its own privacy policy. Our mail infrastructure (Virtualmin/Postfix/Dovecot) stores your mailbox and its contents. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Mailbox data is deleted after your subscription ends and a retention period passes (see our Terms of Service). Account records are kept as part of our regular backups; contact us if you'd like your account data deleted.

Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, all traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to the underlying mail server is tightly restricted.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). We don't use advertising cookies or share this data for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can review and update your account details by logging in, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Contact [email protected] or use our Contact page.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
